Preparation
- Pat the chicken breasts dry, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Air fry the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken cool slightly, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
Assembly
- Lay out a tortilla and add a portion of shredded chicken.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and any optional toppings.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
Crisping
- Brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
- Return wraps to the air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Best served immediately after cooking. Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer to restore crispness. Be careful not to overload the tortillas.
