  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch to create a smooth sauce.
  2. Season the chicken pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat your air fryer according to its instructions.
  4. Toss the chicken pieces in the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat, returning it to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  6. Serve hot alongside steamed rice and veggies.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and check for doneness. Add vegetables for an all-in-one meal, and consider using sesame seeds as garnish.
