Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
Mixing
  1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
Baking
  1. Drop small spoonfuls onto the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each one and use the back of the spoon to spread each mound into a thin circle.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes, checking closely toward the end for deep golden edges and a bubbly surface.
  3. Remove the tray from the oven and let the chips cool slightly on the pan to firm up.
  4. Peel the chips off the parchment and enjoy immediately for the best crunch.

Notes

The thinner you spread the chips, the crispier they will be. Make sure to keep an eye on them during the baking process to avoid burning.
