Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for about 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, finely chopped garlic, garlic powder, and salt; stir until evenly mixed.
- Spread a thin, even layer of the garlic butter over one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle freshly grated mozzarella over the buttered side of each tortilla, then top with grated Parmesan.
Cooking
- Arrange the tortillas cheese-side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 3 to 5 minutes, watching closely for the cheese to melt and the edges of the tortilla to turn golden.
- Carefully remove the tortillas, sprinkle with dried parsley, cut into triangles, and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated mozzarella. Avoid overlapping tortillas to ensure proper crisping.
