Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 large large flour tortillas
  • 60 g freshly grated mozzarella Use freshly grated for better melting
  • 25 g grated Parmesan
Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 30 g unsalted butter, melted Approximately 2 tablespoons
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp dried parsley For sprinkling after baking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for about 3 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, finely chopped garlic, garlic powder, and salt; stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Spread a thin, even layer of the garlic butter over one side of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle freshly grated mozzarella over the buttered side of each tortilla, then top with grated Parmesan.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the tortillas cheese-side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Air fry for 3 to 5 minutes, watching closely for the cheese to melt and the edges of the tortilla to turn golden.
  3. Carefully remove the tortillas, sprinkle with dried parsley, cut into triangles, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated mozzarella. Avoid overlapping tortillas to ensure proper crisping.
