Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it’s fully softened for a smooth mixture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Sharp cheddar works well for flavor.
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled) Choose based on your preference for spice.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Wrappers
  • 8 pieces egg roll wrappers Roll tightly to prevent leaks.
  • Cooking spray or oil for air frying A light spray helps achieve golden color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, plus salt and pepper. Stir until the mixture looks creamy and cohesive.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and spoon a portion of the filling into the center.
  3. Fold the bottom edge up over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll into a snug log.
  4. Continue filling and rolling until all 8 wrappers are used.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  6. Spray or brush the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray or oil.
  7. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the wrappers are golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is fully softened, and do not overcrowd the air fryer. These are best served warm and can be reheated in the air fryer to regain crispness.
