Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Slice the zucchinis into even sticks about the size of classic fries.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper and mix well.
- Pat the zucchini sticks dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the zucchini sticks in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently so all sides are evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated zucchini sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Check that the zucchini fries are golden and crisp at the edges, then remove from the basket and serve hot.

- For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed.
