  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced into sticks
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Slice the zucchinis into even sticks about the size of classic fries.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper and mix well.
  4. Pat the zucchini sticks dry with a paper towel.
  5. Toss the zucchini sticks in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently so all sides are evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the coated zucchini sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each piece.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  8. Check that the zucchini fries are golden and crisp at the edges, then remove from the basket and serve hot.

Notes

- For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed.
