Ingredients
Method
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned and no pink remains; drain excess grease and set aside.
- Stack the tortillas on a plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 25 seconds to soften.
- Spread mayonnaise and ketchup evenly across the tortillas.
- On each tortilla, add 4 pickle slices, 1 slice American cheese, and 1/4 of the cooked beef in a line down the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla up tightly burrito style, keeping the seam underneath.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter and place seam side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes until golden and crisp; remove, cool for 2 minutes, then cut and serve.
Notes
- Spoon off excess beef grease to prevent soggy wraps and filling leaks.
- Warm tortillas before rolling to avoid cracking and to help the wraps seal.
- Keep the filling centered and do not overstuff for the best crisping and fewer blowouts.
