  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Season both chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  3. If desired, lightly spray the chicken with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serving
  1. Remove chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
