  • 1 cup gluten-free 1:1 flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and kosher salt.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough in the bowl for 45 seconds until mostly smooth; if sticky, knead in additional flour 1 tablespoon at a time until workable.
  5. Rest the dough for 2 minutes.
  6. Divide dough into 13 pieces, roll each into a short rope, and pinch ends together to form mini rings with slightly large holes.
  7. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top and press gently to adhere.
  8. Arrange bagels in a single layer in the air fryer basket with space between them; cook in batches if needed.
  9. Air fry for 10 minutes until lightly golden and set.
  10. Cool for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

- Avoid crowding the basket so hot air circulates and the bagels brown evenly.
- If you want the seasoning to stick well, press it on right after shaping before the dough dries.
