- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and kosher salt.
- Add the Greek yogurt and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough in the bowl for 45 seconds until mostly smooth; if sticky, knead in additional flour 1 tablespoon at a time until workable.
- Rest the dough for 2 minutes.
- Divide dough into 13 pieces, roll each into a short rope, and pinch ends together to form mini rings with slightly large holes.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top and press gently to adhere.
- Arrange bagels in a single layer in the air fryer basket with space between them; cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 10 minutes until lightly golden and set.
- Cool for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Avoid crowding the basket so hot air circulates and the bagels brown evenly.
