Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Ensure the basket is empty and hot.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Rub both sides with olive oil.
  3. Evenly sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper over the fillets.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 10–12 minutes, checking at 10 minutes for doneness.
  3. The fillets should look opaque and gently flake when pressed with a fork.
  4. Carefully remove the fillets with a spatula and let them rest for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Pat the fish dry first to ensure seasonings adhere well. Use room-temperature fillets for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for best results.
