A quick and elegant ribeye and shrimp dinner with a buttery garlic cream sauce, made effortlessly using an air fryer.

Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1 piece Ribeye steak Pat dry for better browning.
  • 8 oz Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For the creamy sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Butter For the garlic sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For browning the steak if searing on stove.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste.
For serving
  • 2 servings Mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables To serve with the dish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the ribeye on both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Air fry the ribeye in a single layer until it's browned on the outside and done to your liking.
  3. Allow the steak to rest on a plate to keep the juices in.
Making the sauce
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, seasoning with salt and pepper, and let it heat through until glossy.
Serving
  1. Slice the rested ribeye and spoon the creamy garlic shrimp sauce over the top.
  2. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.

Notes

For best results, don't crowd the air fryer basket and rest the steak properly. Adjust seasoning at the end.
