Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin well with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Add the bread cubes and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Cooking
- Place the muffin tin in the air fryer and cook for 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Let them cool briefly before gently lifting them out.
Serving
- Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
Notes
For best results, ensure ample greasing of muffin cups to prevent sticking. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispness.
