Ingredients
  

For the Muffins
  • 4 cups bread cubes Use your choice of bread.
  • 6 large eggs Large eggs preferred.
  • 2 cups milk Whole milk recommended.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar For sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Adds flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Can adjust based on preference.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Balances sweetness.
  • Butter or non-stick spray For greasing the muffin tin.
  • Maple syrup For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin well with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add the bread cubes and gently fold until evenly coated.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Cooking
  1. Place the muffin tin in the air fryer and cook for 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  2. Let them cool briefly before gently lifting them out.
Serving
  1. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure ample greasing of muffin cups to prevent sticking. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispness.
