Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry if they look wet, then season all over with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook until lightly golden and cooked through, about 10–12 minutes.
  2. While the chicken cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat until fully liquefied.
  3. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked chicken bites to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter. Let cook together for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finishing Touches
  1. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if using, and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For best results, cut chicken pieces evenly and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Adjust seasoning after tasting, especially because butter can mellow flavors.
