- Pat the shrimp dry if they’re wet to help the oil-and-Parmesan coating stick.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until the shrimp are evenly glossy and speckled with seasoning.
Adding Parmesan
- Sprinkle in the freshly grated Parmesan and toss again until the cheese clings to the shrimp.
Air Frying
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if your basket is small.
- Air fry until the shrimp are opaque and curled into a loose 'C' shape, with lightly browned spots.
Finishing Touches
- Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges for squeezing.
Notes
For best results, ensure shrimp are dry before seasoning, and do not overcrowd the fryer basket. Freshly grated Parmesan yields better texture.
