Preparation
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Whisk until well mixed.
- Add the sliced chicken to the marinade, ensuring it's evenly coated. Allow it to sit for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cooking
- Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the chicken for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C).
- While the chicken is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and stir-fry the broccoli and red bell pepper for about 3-4 minutes.
- Once the chicken is done, combine it with the stir-fried vegetables and serve hot. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
