  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts Fresh, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For richness
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are thoroughly coated.
  5. Spread them out in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking and browning.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, keep Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer. If making larger batches, consider cooking in smaller batches. Drizzle with more honey for extra sweetness after cooking.
