- Air fry the turkey, pausing to break it into small crumbles and ensuring it cooks evenly until there are browned spots and no longer pink.
- Once the turkey is cooked through, add the minced garlic and toss to infuse the flavor.
- Pour the honey-soy mixture over the cooked turkey and toss until fully coated, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Finishing Touch
- Slice the green onions and mix them into the turkey just before serving for extra freshness.
