  • 1/4 cup soy sauce Adds savory depth.

  • to taste Salt and pepper Use sparingly since soy sauce is salty.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, stir together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa, chopped bell peppers, and sliced onion into the air fryer basket/tray, spreading them evenly.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the honey-garlic glaze over the mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  2. Look for the glaze to be thick and glossy, and the vegetables to be tender while the kielbasa is browned.
  3. Serve warm, spooning glazed peppers and onion over the kielbasa.

Notes

For the best results, avoid overcrowding the basket and stir halfway through cooking. You can also substitute with different bell pepper colors or add more garlic, if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer for best results.
