Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil until fully combined.
- Add salmon pieces and toss until fully coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon bites in air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if using.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge and consume within a couple of days. Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
