Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil until fully combined.
  2. Add salmon pieces and toss until fully coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon bites in air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove from air fryer and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if using.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge and consume within a couple of days. Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
