Ingredients
  

For the Biscuit Bites
  • 1 can Canned refrigerated biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl until it’s fully liquid.
Coating
  1. Dip each quartered biscuit piece into the melted butter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together until well combined.
  3. Toss the butter-coated biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until they are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the coated pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Look for a nice browning on the edges and a soft interior.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 3-4 minutes.
