Ingredients
Method
- Remove crusts from the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin until flexible.
- Spread Nutella evenly over each slice, leaving a small border, then roll up snugly and press the seam to seal.
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, and sugar in a shallow bowl until fully combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and lightly spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Dip each roll up quickly in the egg mixture, turning to coat all sides, then let excess drip off.
- Arrange roll ups seam side down in a single layer in the basket with space between them.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, turning at 4 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- Serve immediately topped with powdered sugar or with syrup for dipping.
Notes
- Use about 2 teaspoons Nutella per roll up to prevent leaking and scorching.
- If Nutella feels too soft to roll neatly, chill the assembled roll ups for 5 minutes before dipping.
- Store leftovers airtight in the refrigerator for 3 days; reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 4 minutes, flipping halfway.
