Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the small potatoes, then cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato halves with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded for optimal crispiness.
  2. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  3. Once done, remove them from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes.
  4. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Don't crowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking and browning. You can customize the seasoning to your liking.
