Preparation
- Trim the asparagus and cut the carrots into sticks to ensure even cooking.
Mixing
- In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, carrots, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, and lemon juice. Toss until well coated.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the vegetables in the last minute of cooking.
Serving
- Carefully remove the vegetables from the air fryer, season to taste, and enjoy!
