Make Garlic Herb Butter
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, and lemon juice. Stir until evenly mixed and spreadable.
Sear the Tuna
- Heat olive oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet over high heat until it shimmers.
- Carefully place tuna steaks into the hot skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Finish and Serve
- Move the tuna to a plate, topping each steak with about a tablespoon of the garlic herb butter. Let it melt before serving.
