Preparation

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter, 3 tablespoons of milk, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon over the batter and gently fold it in to enhance the cake's flavor.
Cooking
  1. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Check the cake; it should rise and feel firm to the touch. If necessary, microwave for an additional 15-30 seconds.
  2. Once cooked, let the cake cool for about a minute before serving. Optionally, sprinkle additional sugar and cinnamon on top for extra sweetness.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours and reheat in the microwave.
