Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Line the basket with parchment paper if desired.
- Separate the biscuit (or dough portions) and flatten each one into a 3–4 inch circle.
Filling
- Place 1–2 slices pepperoni, 1 teaspoon pizza sauce, and one cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough circle.
- Pull the dough up and around the filling, pinch the seams closed, then gently roll into a ball.
Cooking
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Arrange the bombs in the air fryer basket with space between them, then brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 14–18 minutes, until golden and fully baked.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and chopped parsley while hot.
- Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge. To reheat, warm in the air fryer until crisp again. Cooking in batches is recommended to avoid overcrowding.
