Spicy Cheesy Garlic Pizza Bombs

Delicious and easy to make, these pizza bombs are filled with pepperoni, mozzarella, and pizza sauce, brushed with garlic butter, and baked until golden.

Ingredients
  

For the pizza bombs
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough Biscuit dough tends to be fluffier.
  • 24 slices pepperoni Adds salt and spice.
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, cubed Provides a melty core.
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce Plus extra for dipping.
For the garlic butter
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Essential for the topping.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced For flavor.
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese For sprinkling on top.
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley For garnish.
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning For added flavor.
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and press each one into a 3–4 inch circle.
  3. In the center of each round, add 1–2 slices of pepperoni, about 1 tsp of pizza sauce, and one cube of mozzarella.
  4. Pull the dough edges up around the filling, pinch firmly to seal, and roll into a smooth ball.
  5. Place each ball seam-side down on the parchment-lined baking sheet with some space in between.
Cooking
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  2. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each dough ball until lightly coated.
  3. Bake for 14–18 minutes until the tops are deep golden and the dough looks fully set.
  4. While hot, sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
  5. Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Perfect for game nights or as a fun snack. Best enjoyed fresh and hot for a gooey cheese experience.
