Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the can of refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into the pre-cut triangles.
- Spoon about 1 heaping teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling into the center of each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Fold each triangle over the filling to form a sealed pocket. Press and pinch the edges firmly.
- Brush the tops lightly with melted butter and sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar over each bomb.
Cooking
- Place the bombs in a single layer in the air fryer basket with space between them.
- Cook for about 8–10 minutes, checking for a deep golden brown on top.
- Let cool slightly (3–5 minutes) before serving.
Notes
To avoid soggy seams, use a modest spoonful of filling. Space bombs apart in the basket for even browning. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer or oven.
