Ingredients
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper, and mix until creamy and evenly combined.
- Lay the baguette or Italian bread halves cut side up and evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides, covering all the way to the edges.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
- Place the bread halves in the air fryer basket cut side up, leaving a little space between them for air circulation.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5 to 7 minutes, until the edges are golden and the butter and cheese are bubbly.
- Remove the garlic bread from the air fryer and let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Slice into pieces and serve warm.
Notes
- Use softened, not melted, butter so it stays on the bread and soaks in instead of running off.
- If your air fryer basket is small, cook the bread in batches rather than stacking pieces so it toasts evenly.
- For easy prep ahead, spread the garlic butter on the bread up to 2 hours before cooking and keep at room temperature until ready to air fry.
- Leftover garlic bread can be reheated in the air fryer at 320°F for 3 to 4 minutes from the refrigerator, or 5 to 6 minutes from frozen.
